  • What are lash extensions?
    Eyelash extensions are a semi permanent cosmetic treatment that's in popular demand! Our eyelash extensions are made from synthetic silk, using the highest quality PBT materials on the market that are vegan, and cruelty free.
  • How are they applied?
    Eyelash extensions are applied with precision by correctly isolating and attaching one extension per natural lash. This method applies for both Classic 1:1 ratio & Hybrid/Volume where a lightweight 3-5D fan is used to bond to your natural eyelash, using professional adhesive.
  • Do lash extensions ruin my natural lashes?
    Absolutely not! As long as you chose a highly trained lash artist that correctly and professionally applies your extensions, this treatment is perfectly safe.
  • How long does it take to apply lash extensions?
    Treatment times vary based on the service chosen. We ask that you allow 2.5 hours for your initial consultation and treatment. Refills between 60-90mins.
  • How long do eyelash extensions last?
    You might be surprised to learn that everyone’s lashes have a life cycle and shed, just like the hair on your head! Once a natural lash’s life cycle is complete, the lash falls out naturally, taking the extension with it. Everyone’s lash cycle is a little different, but on average the full lash cycle lasts around 6 weeks. Regular infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to carefully remove grown out lashes and keep them looking full and fluffy! It is crucial to follow your aftercare routine for optimum retention and longer lasting lashes!
  • When can I not have eyelash extensions applied?
    We cannot proceed with your appointment if you have conjunctivitis/pink eye, any eye irritations or infections. If you feel that you may have an allergy to any of the adhesives or products, we recommend a patch test a few days prior to your appointment.
  • Are eyelash extensions uncomfortable?
    No – once your eyelash extensions are applied, they should feel just like your normal lashes. The eyelash extension is bonded to the actual lash (not your eyelid) so it feels just like your normal lashes. The only way that lashes can become uncomfortable is if you repeatedly rub your eyes or are rough with your extensions – this can damage or twist the extensions, which could make them feel awkward on your eye.
  • If I have a reaction, can I get extensions again?"
    The short answer, no. Sadly, if you have had reactions in the past it is likely that you will continue to have adverse reactins, and they may worsen with further exposure to the allergen. If you have a reaction you will need to seek medical treatment immediately.
  • What set should I try?
    If you're new to lash extensions and after a more subtle look to start, a classic or light luxurious set is the perfect introduction!
  • How do I prepare for my appointment?
    We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, we have a 15 minute grace period and will need to be informed immediately. As we run our appointments back to back, if you are late your appointment time will be shortened and a full service fee will still be applied for the full duration of the scheduled timeslot.
  • Can I bring my child/children to my appointment?
    As much as we love children, unfortunately due to the nature of the service and our safety requirements children are unable to attend your appointment. Our insurance will not cover any injuries or accidents if a child is present.
  • How do I look after my lashes for the best results?

  • Do you offer refunds?
    Please contact us within 48 hrs if you are unhappy with your lashes so we can offer you a complimentary touch up. We promise to do our absolute best to ensure you are leaving our salon happy. We have a strict no refund policy and any booking fees paid will not be refunded.
  • When can I book in?
